Meille - CV

Valérie Meille – CNRS researcher at IRCELYON, France.

Valérie Meille obtained her PhD from University Claude Bernard Lyon I in 1997 in the field of catalytic hydrotreatment. She then joined Shell Research France as a research engineer.
In 1998, she became a CNRS researcher. She spent 22 years in a catalytic process engineering laboratory (LGPC, now CP2M) where she worked on structured catalysts for three-phase reactions.
In 2020, she moved to IRCELYON, where she launched new projects on hydrogen storage in Liquid Organic Hydrogen Carriers (LOHC). She is also developing projects on the catalytic treatment of VOCs.
Valérie Meille is co-author of more than 80 peer-reviewed articles. She participated in the organisation of the “International Conference on Microreaction Technology” (IMRET) in 2012 and  the mini-symposium “Catalytic reactions for hydrogen storage and release” during the International Congress on Catalysis (ICC) in 2024.
