Program
The conference program is composed of plenary lectures, invited lectures, oral presentations, and poster session.
The length of the lectures and oral presentations is as follows:
- Plenary lecture: 50 min (+10 min for discussion)
- Keynote lecture: 30 min (+10 min for discussion)
- Invited lecture: 20 min (+5 min for discussion)
- Oral presentation: 15 min (+5 min for discussion)

Plenary Session
The plenary sessions will take place at the Teatro Stabile al Massimo (Click here for the map), located in the heart of Palermo, in Piazza Verdi 9, within walking distance from the historic city center and the main streets such as Via Maqueda and Via Ruggero Settimo.
The theatre is an important cultural venue that regularly hosts performances, conferences, and artistic events. Its central position makes it easily accessible and places it at the core of Palermo’s lively and culturally rich atmosphere.


Poster Session & Social Event
The poster session and the social event will take place in the magnificent Botanical Garden of Palermo (Click here for the map) located in Via Lincoln 2, one of the city’s most iconic and enchanting locations. Founded in the late 18th century, the Botanical Garden spans nearly 10 hectares and hosts an extraordinary variety of plant species from every corner of the world. Its grand ficus trees, exotic collections, neoclassical architecture, and historic greenhouses create an atmosphere that is both serene and captivating. Holding the event in this lush open-air setting offers participants a unique opportunity to enjoy scientific exchange surrounded by nature, history, and the unmistakable charm of one of Europe’s most remarkable botanical gardens.


Social Dinner
The social dinner will take place at Palazzo Francavilla, an elegant historic building located in the heart of Palermo, on Via Ruggiero Settimo 8, one of the city’s main and most refined streets.
Built in the 19th century, Palazzo Francavilla (Click here for the map) is a splendid example of neoclassical architecture and features beautifully decorated interiors that reflect the grandeur of Palermo’s aristocratic past. Its location, just steps away from the city’s main attractions and cultural landmarks, makes it a prestigious and evocative setting for the event, offering guests a unique atmosphere that blends history, art, and tradition.
