Registration will be possible until June 26. After that date, it will be too late. No on-site registration will be accepted.

PhD or structured students with an age below 35 years.

Single Day****:

- Accompanying person registration fees include welcome reception, lunches, coffee breaks and social dinner (full) or only social dinner. Accompanying persons are not allowed to attend the congress sessions.

- Satellite Event include coffee breaks and lunch for one day, and social dinner.

Photography

By attending ICSET 2026 in person, registered delegates authorize the organizers to use photographs or videos taken during the congress for promotional purposes on the congress website and partners' media platforms. This use will be strictly related to the event and exclude any harmful or inappropriate content.

Cancellation

No refunds are available for ICSET 2026 participation. If you are unable to attend, you may nominate a substitute. Please notify changes via email to info@icsetenergy.com.
